I can't download ANYTHING on Community Creations if it has a custom logo

I'm not sure what's happened. I rented the game on launch, left it installed, and didn't get to play it again until I bought it on Black Friday. When I had rented it I was able to download things with custom logos. Now I get an error message when I access Community Creations. It says "The Download Failed. Please wait a while and try again." Well I've waited two days and I still can't. I downloaded an alternate attire for Shawn Michaels that DOES NOT use custom logos, and it worked flawlessly. I've deleted my install, game save, and started fresh and it still wouldn't let me. I have no idea what the problem is but other people seem to be downloading things fine with no issues. It's for arenas as well. I can download MY OWN custom logos that I upload, which is very bizarre.

I can downoad stuff from CC but there are several creators that do not work for me, no matter what I try.

I would have say : uninstall and reinstall the game but you already have done that. I have no idea, sorry.

It's weird because I read this comment and decided to try to download something I hadn't from a different creator and it actually downloaded fine. Are some CAW's on community creations just broken if they have logos? I downloaded an AJ Styles ALT Attire that had custom logos and it went through flawlessly. But SuperSauldier's CM Punk, for example, will not download at all.

I really don´t know on what this issue depends. Maybe on how the creator is using the logo-uploader, don´t get me wrong I do not think somebody is retarded or limited in using this page, I am just trying to figure it out. I have some caws with more than 10 custom logos and there was no problem with it as far as I know.
