Mod that allows Entrance Only Attire For In Ring?

Is there a mod that allows this? I've seen some community CAWS have capes that are entrance only in ring.

Here's an example of then I'm getting at - this a community caw of Mr. Doom. The creator was able to apply an entrance only cape to a ring attire. The cape is seen in ring. I want to mod the game so that all of these entrance only attires can be allied to CAWS.

It's specific to the wrestler. I know Sting 99's file by heart so I'll explain it this way...

 

ch40902.pac = Sting's in ring attire.

ch40904.pac = Sting's Entrance attire. 

 

so what you would do to test and see if his coat attire would work in ring is this:

 

1. rename the "ch40902.pac" to "ch40902" so the game won't use it when you test to see if it works.
2. open ch40904.pac with a Hex editor, then scroll down until you see "00040904" on the righthand side.. Rename it to "00040902".
3. Save it. 
4. It will create a backup in your ch folder, usually ch40904.pac.bak.
5. In your ch folder, rename the backup that's "ch40904.pac.bak" to "ch40904" or "ch40904.bak". This will be your original file, and the game won't register it when you test this out.
6. Now all you have to do is rename the edited "ch40904.pac" to "ch40902.pac" and start the game

 

Pick Sting and see if he comes out and enters wrestles with his coat. If the game crashes, you have your answer. 

 

Shirts work no problem, but Capes & jackets idk. You'd have to find a wrestler that wears a cape to experiment with that.

But, I want the attire for a custom superstar. It's possible - there are CAWS that wear entrance only capes (imgur above). Also, would any Hex Editor (etc HxD) be fine? Are there any tools here that could be helpful for finding the specific  hex IDS I need?
