Use of user-generated media is not allowed on your account.

 

Is anyone else getting this message when they select CC? This is on my main profile that I've usedone with no problems like this.

I am running into the same problem.  It won't allow the my sons  to play with caws.  Tried restarting and restoring the licenses.  Still not resolved.

It almost sounds like they are cracking down on people abusing alternate accounts to get around the upload limit. Of course, they do it in a way that harms those that don't abuse it but have legit reasons for multiple accounts like being able to control their kids' play as well. :(
