Moves Damage Inquiry

Hi guys! i dont own 2k17 yet but i have a question,,

i watch videos on youtube where they show all the new moves of 2k17 including DLC ones from the NXT DLC and HoF DLC

and i am saddened to see that all moves are ranked as YELLOW Damage! no blue or red damage from a move!

someone commented that the yellow color on a body part of a move doesnt indicate damage anymore, rather the region affected only.

how true is this? im really curious,, and if the yellow color doesnt indicate intensity of damage of a move, then what does?

or was 2K just too lazy that they made all NEW moves and DLC and DOWNLOADED moves YELLOW? ughhhh because all new moves have yellow damage!  so disappointing if all new moves are classified as yellow damage as there are really a lot of cool new moves >:(

hoping to hear from anyone soon :)

that doesn't mean anything the color is not the type of damage it's just there to indicate which bodypart it affects. i have gotten blue and purple damage by going beyond the 255% damage marker.

thanks for the response! I see, so how do we know which moves are more intense than others when just viewing from create a moveset? is there like a Meter for damage like in Here comes the pain? since in 2k16 the damage of every move was categorized to yellow, blue, and red when viewed from moveset creator :)

I don't think moves do individual amounts of damage anymore. It's been this way since I think SvR08 or 09
