I want to know the effect/filter they use in wwe 2k16 renders ?

I've not really noticed any tbh, some of them use exposure correction but generally if you make your own using no real effects, they look official when compared to the in-game ones. A few though have a slightly 'animated' look to them especially if they were brought over from 2K15 - you can achieve this by using Topaz Adjust 5 and applying a Simplify filter followed by one of the Detail filters (Detail - Medium or Detail - Heavy 1 is probably best).
