I think for Chris Hero you got to less'n up the width of his head, make his lips a bit bigger, mainly the upper lip. I see on the eyebrows that they're slanted/tilted almost giving him a sad face expression, I think you got to fix the eyebrows and get rid of the sad look. But overall I love the direction you're heading with him, see lots of potential in this caw.
