Took me a while this one but managed to get the tattoos pretty accurate. I think it's probably my best attempt at a CAW yet. One attire shown below but I also did a 2nd attire with slightly different trunks and the denim jacket\hoodie combo for his entrance. Can't wait for this guy to make his debut on NXT. I hope they don't keep him inside the Performance Centre too long!

 The 2nd attire for Tommy has the trunks he wore in that match (couldn't find a decent shot of it though so I just used the in-game designs to draw it).  There's a decent Chris Hero on CC but he could do with a different attire! Hmm, we'll see.

This has so much potential, I think the big thing holding it back is the face and head in general. Can't tell if you need to make his body bigger or his head smaller. 

 

I would try a different face photo as well. The one you're using has a very weird shade to it and looks a bit pixalated. Not sure how hard it is to come across quality photos of him since I've never really looked. As for morphing suggestions; I would make the lips a bit thinner, especially the top. Bring the eyes a tad bit closer and rework the cheeks. I don't mind the hair choice, but I'd switch it to the Van Dam hair personally. Not sure if he has it in a ponytail irl but I know he always has the sides shaved. 

 

You absolutely nailed all his tattoos and stuff though so the hard part is already done in my eyes. I hope my suggestions help, I think the only thing that's holding it back right now is the face photo but it's still impressive as is.

Thanks for the input. Tried the eyes a bit closer but it didn't look quite as right to me. I think that's the best I'm going to get with his face and my abilities unfortunately. If I come across any new face photos I'll certainly give it a go though. I think I prefer that hair to the RVD hair to be honest. He doesn't look right at all with a ponytail.

Someone else said they couldn't find it yesterday. Not sure if there's a problem with CC or something. I'll double check it's there when I'm next playing. Have you tried just searching with just the hashtag 'PROGRESS'? I've found including terms like 'NXT' can fetch too many random results. 'Progress' should only bring a couple of dozen and should be in the top 5 or so if sorted by most downloaded.
