Tye Dillinger WIP - Feedback Appreciated

Hi all. I'm a complete novice to the CAW making game but have decided to give it a try for once. My first attempt will be NXT's Tye Dillinger and I've done some basic face morphing so far. Obviously first if anyone could tell me how to upload images that would be appreciated so I can receive feedback for my work and ways to improve. Thankyou!

This is what it looks like at the moment after a bit of playing around. Any ways I could improve? Reference pics? Another note, I have changed the eye color and hairstyle since taking this screenshot so will give another update later today.

UPDATE: I've now tweaked the hairstyle to what I feel is the one that is closest to what Tye rocks IRL as well as completed the body morphing and made a start on his 1st attire. Feedback?

UPDATE: Thinking this is the face morph finished unless anyone has any objections. Added tramlines to sides of the hair and completely redone the beard as I wasn't happy with the fuller look. All that's left to do is finish the attire and add his shoulder tattoo. Any suggestions for a second attire?
