Does anyone know how to mask body parts?

Hey folks,

I learned this year a lot about modding, but there is one thing i still don't know... How do i mask specific body parts ?

I know that the 00CE file is responsible for masking, but what do i need to fill with zeros when i only want to mask the arms ? or only the legs... ? (for example).
