I'm having the exact same problem. I bought the season pass and they are trying to charge me $8.99 for the Legends pack. Won't let me download it unless I pay for it. That's pretty shitty.

i have enough content on 2k16 and 17 combined that i think i could actually sitout 2k18. Maybe even 2k19. This whole thing may be a sony issue but it's annoying when 2k is tweeting like crazy about Raw 2 hours after it's over yet doesn't respond to one person's tweet about this issue or even attempt to hype up the dlc till the next day.

if this had happened to the future stars or moves pack i'd doubt you'd be as calm as you are right now.

I just went to the end of the main menu to Playstation Store. It was free there. Try it to confirm.

I was able to download free with Season Pass on PS4 but lord is that Sid bad Happy to have the theme though!!
