Hopefully they fix a lot of graphics clipping issues amongst a lot of other things. Sometimes the wrestlers seem to have a very bad hair day as well. I dare say commentary will not be sorted out, seeing as this as been completely off the radar for many years now. To quote one Lord Steven Regal its 'bloody awful'

Mainly it is a lot of graphics issues for me that they need to fix. It would be nice if they could fix an issue with custom championships. At the moment if I use a custom championship belt it doesn't take on the effects of the standard belt, whereby on Raw this is illuminated in the nameplate when the wrestler is walking to the ring. Also if its a championship match the belt isn't shown on screen either. Unless there's a way of editing this in game which I haven't found yet.

My only hope is this does not turn out to be one of THQ style patches where the patch makes a few things worse and makes upload to CC more difficult and we have more restrictions on logos we can use just for CC

none of 2k's patches have ever done that. the only thing that it screwed up was the ability to pick up people from behind.

Actually you can pick people up from behind.

Go to the Head when the Opponent is down and press X + Analog Stick Up.

i was unaware that was working this year but it was broken in 2k16 and that's what i was referring to

it depends on when/if ms/sony has approved the patch. that said like someone else said, just copy your save to a usb flash or external hard drive for backup

I'm pretty sure this patch won't fix much. 

The fact that they are so quiet about it is pretty scary. The Madden community doesn't get treated this badly. At least say "hey, yea, we know A and B are fucked up. We're working on it". They have said close to nothing. 

I'm already hesitant about '18.
