guesty81 Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Hi everyone, Been playing around with the game and the video editor and wondered if anyone had tried to create animations using a series of custom logos. It should work along the same principles of stop motion or traditional animation (but obviously a bit choppier) I am currently recording intros for some older shows as well as the intro for Ring of honor. I then intend to turn into a series of still images and string them together. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what success they've had. Thanks for reading Quote
HiPcavallo Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Haven't tried it yet, but I'm planning on at least giving Bullet Club and Jay Lethal's titantron vids a shot since they're relatively simple. Would love to see what people can come up with using it though, would be nice to be able to get somewhat accurate trons for all my caws. Doubt I'll commit to making many of them myself though, I'll probably get lazy plus I'm going to be really busy the next couple of months. Quote
guesty81 Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 I love making it as accurate as I can and although the lack of custom music is still a disappointment I'm going to give them a shot. Looking for trons at the moment I'll post up a few videos when I've done Quote
fufu ÷ Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 For me personally, they seem a bit redundant. Considering they don't get uploaded with the CAW, nor is there a way to upload them, they kinda make themselves a bit unnecessary unless they're incredibly easy. Quote
guesty81 Posted October 27, 2016 Author Posted October 27, 2016 Well after wasting a good few hours I can say you can't use them to animate as the logos regardless of whether you use a transition or not flicker on and off and you also can't cut them to a small enough time as they don't play. Will continue to tinker, but I don't think it's possible. Quote
