eyes are totally fucked up, if we're being honest.

The nose and mouth area are the best looking parts so far. At first, I'd suggest making his jaw area pointier, lowering his chin a little bit and reducing the jaw fullness. The forehead is looking too big, so I'd bring the entire eye (and eyebrows) area up, as it's also too close from the nose at the moment. As for the eyebrows itselves, I would bring the each of the inner areas up, making his face more neutral than angry-looking. You can add a little more height to the eyes too. Here's a good reference:

Definately looking better, my friend!

A good hint is to go back to Face > Face Deformation > Facial Region after you already applied the face photo, as you'll now be able to move the facial regions with the texture already applied. I'd still make that jaw a little bit thinner (picture below for reference), bring down the mouth corners a little and add a little more separation between the eyebrows, so they are more aligned over each eye.

Keep it up, I can definately see the improvement.
