Can't upload Superstar/CAW?

I was going to upload another Caw on CC, but the "select" option is not showing up for the empty slots. If I select "view details" it shows me the details from one of my uploaded caws. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I'm dealing with a MAJOR glitch via Community Creations. I have Gold slots available. But every time I select the empty slot to upload something, it brings up the item above the slot instead.

 

The empty slot acts as if something is there.

Oh yeah, and he's on X1, so this shit is taking over both platforms.

The exact same thing is happening to me on the PS4.  I've reached Gold, and can't upload from the empty slots (11 to 15).  I've contacted 2K and their response is below.  In my opinion if it's happening to others this wont work.  So I'm NOT going to re-install the game.  If someone decides to do it, let us know how it goes.
