Need help with the Paige model

I wanted to change Paige's hair color fully black, like you see in her 2k15 model. I even tried to do it myself but I can't afford the x-packer and other software doesn't work as well. All I wanted was a small blue to black highlights retexture but at this point, I need to full pac file as I can't even extract the damn thing. And yes, I chcked out Superstar Mod Index, one has the link dead and the other is a closed thread. If anyone is able to do it, I'd gladly appreciate, thanks!
