Wrestlers get right back up after being hit with double finishers on PC

So every time I do a double finisher the two guys just get right up as if nothing happened.

 

I've seen videos of double finishers where both men stay down so I'm wondering if anyone else has had this glitch or maybe if it's a PC port issue

Saw a video on YouTube and there was a clip of Cena giving a double AA to Andre The Giant and Big Show, both got up immediately
