Shout out to AgeofSandow, used his 2k16 Ciampa moveset.

Maybe go back to the drawing board on the face morphing?

The morph is a real problem. I would get a face photo and do the morphing on top of it rather than adding a texture on top of the morph you had already done.

What Dynomyte said, you have a goomba looking caw from the Super Mario Bros movie going on at the moment

Your face scan isn't too bad. The colour match of the scan to his skin is way off. And the morph of the head is definitely way off. You can see Ciampa in there, but it needs quite a bit of tender love and care.
