Its the pants & vest that dont download...maybe its the god logos thats preventing it...you tried remaking them?

That's just another CC glitch, same thing happens with raiee's roode, my cm punk too, dbo's chavo too, all got logos missing for one attire when dowloaded.

When I'm on next what I'll do is upload the missing logo for the pants so you can fix them yourselves for now until 2k fix their issues.   the other bits would be a pain to upload to know what's missing and what isn't. 

 

Has this issue been raised on the 2k forum so they're aware of it?
