X button, should be displayed in the top left hand corner of the screen when opponent is entering. However you can't just do the in My Career, you have to choose to do it in the pre-match screen (top panel) before you press to accept the card, see the matches for the show, choose who you want to attack, then decide when to do it (Entrance, mid-match, end of match etc etc). You can only choose the break out run in's in exhibition (Not sure about universe mode, I haven't touched it yet).
