Have I just made a massive mistake...?

So I bought 2K17 off the Xbox Live Store for 70 euros. I assumed like last year, the pre order bonus (Goldberg) would be included considering there is screenshots of him. I went to check the Deluxe Version and there's no actual "Goldberg Pack" on the Deluxe version for 100 euros. So I just assumed he was in them all.

I load up the game and find that not only is Goldberg not in it, but Nakamura, Crews and Nia Jax are also missing! I feel like I've made a big mistake now. If I went into Gamestop, I could have probably got all of these on the disc version for the same price. I can't even get a refund now.

Is there any way I can get Goldberg and the NXT pack?

 Or am I screwed? I was really looking forward to playing with Nakamura too

Yeah Goldberg is a dlc add on, the nxt wrestlers are not in the deluxe pack

NXT pack you had to pre-order the hard copy. So many people have made that mistake. Don't worry bro as its really a cheaper option if you can wait long enough for it to be released for everybody. After you get the season pass.

Patience is a virtue, the best thing to do is wait until its released as regular DLC, if you can wait that long that is, and get them then. Um come to think of it my PS4 disc version hasn't dropped through the letterbox yet. Pesky Amazon they always seem to deliver stuff later on in the evening which kind of takes the piss when its meant to be delivered on release day. Well I suppose it is still release day tonight but..............nvm I'm rambling, anyways yea wait it out man if you can.

Regarding your concerns about Goldberg, well that is why I personally prefer to always get the hard disc as opposed to the digital deluxe version. If there really are any issues, I can always go back to the store I purchased it from.

I preordered the digital deluxe version myself and thought I didn't get Goldberg as well, then I figured it out.

For anyone still having trouble with getting the Goldberg pack even though they preordered, it has to be manually installed.  Go to My Games and select the game, then Manage Game.  I don't remember the exact option but it should be under I think Downloads, then you should see the pack - just install it and you should be good to go.

As for NXT, you'll just have to wait for the NXT enhancement pack.
