Phil Parent Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 Jumbo is out on my main account (PhilParent). Thesz moved to my secondary (NESPW2) Quote
Phil Parent Posted October 27, 2016 Author Posted October 27, 2016 Kobashi is out, on my primary account (PhilParent). 2nd costume is his black NOAH gear with the black hooded robe. To put Kobashi on my primary, I had to move Stan Hansen to my secondary account (NESPW2). I took that as an opportunity to add a second costume to my Stan. This is his look from his 1976 cage match VS Bruno Sammartino.Paying hommage to the great Pro Wrestling on the NES. Ring & show are on the CC. Also on picture: 1976 Jumbo and 1994 Chono, 2nd costumes of both my CAWs. Quote

Phil Parent Posted October 27, 2016 Author Posted October 27, 2016 Going to have to get the Comiskey Park arena, that's just too damn cool.It is. One of the coolest things I've ever done in all my years modding games. The turf is actual astroturf texture, which Comiskey Park had back then. The mound is a real baseball mound. I've found a picture of a ring with the apron missing and modified it to look like this (changed the frame from metallic to wooden, which the AWA ring had, and added some turf texture on the ground with a shadow effect.)I wish we could move the seats around or remove them. Looking at the pictures, I could add basepaths on the left and right of the "stage" area to continue those that are around ringside, I mean, they should be there. Quote
trh2 Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 Well I appreciate you sharing the work man, and I can't wait to see what else you put out this year. Quote
Phil Parent Posted October 28, 2016 Author Posted October 28, 2016 Shea Stadium and Showdown At Shea! (WWF '80). Once I hit Silver level. I've got under 50 downloads left before I make it.Then probably Kawasaki Stadium for FMW.Next wrestlers I'm lining up... Kensuke Sasaki, Tiger Mask, Toshiaki Kawada, Terry Funk '76 (w/ ECW look as 2nd), Terry Gordy and Steve Williams. Quote
Phil Parent Posted October 28, 2016 Author Posted October 28, 2016 (edited) Everybody that downloaded Kikutaro: Do not try to edit him! They removed the bug that allowed me to put the cap on that head so if you edit it, he will have a big balloon head and no cap!You can still download him and he'll work fine. You just can't edit him. Which also means he's 5'10" forever instead of the 5'7" he should be now that they've fixed the height caps. Edited October 28, 2016 by Phil Parent Quote
Phil Parent Posted October 28, 2016 Author Posted October 28, 2016 (edited) I'm at Silver level! Thank you all for the precious upload slots.Showdown at Shea Stadium (Show & Arena) is now out.Kensuke Sasaki. 2nd costume is his mullet, black trunks & black boots look. Couldn't use the boots texture because of the logo mirroring on the boots. Mixed three themes together to make a good callback to "Take The Dream - The World". It goes "CALL TO ME! CALL TO ME!" instead of "TAKE THAT DREAM! (INSERT SECOND HALF OF IT)", but it works. This right here is one of my favorites ever. The great hero of New Japan who became a treacherous swine because of his greed and ambition and in 2002 left the group of young lions he had the responsibility to bring along behind to be slaughtered by The Makai Club. The biggest backstab in puroresu since the Yakuza shived Rikidozan. I love it.Now find Yuji Nagata VS Kensuke Sasaki at Tokyo Dome on January 4th 2004 and see what 40000 New Japan fans think of Kensuke Sasaki after that. The entrances (sadly absent from the New Japan World version) are worth it alone. Edited October 28, 2016 by Phil Parent Quote
Phil Parent Posted October 29, 2016 Author Posted October 29, 2016 Great work here. Any plans for Nagata? I'll take that as a request!Doing Inoki right now, then Nagata. 1 Quote

Phil Parent Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) New release, Yuji Nagata!2nd costume is his WCW gear. So black trunks with white patterns, black boots with platinum-ish kickpads, black and grey kneepads, platinum-ish fist covers, whatever he called those, wouldn't call them gloves.Entrance gear is a black sleeveless shirt with a yellow kanji.
