What is the head_f.dds file for?

Basically what the title says.I was wondering what is the file head_f.dds for is for when the superstar gets hit and their face wrinkles up? Or is it an unnecessary file?

Been wondering for a while and just remembered to ask :p

You do not need to edit it ;) except you retexture the head. If you retexture it, also copy the normal head.dds over intto the head_f.dds.
