Sabu isn't suing anybody, he confirmed it on Twitter. As for that list, which I saw sprung up on Facebook, I would take it with a grain of salt. 

P.S Axl Rotten is dead.

Sabu probably doesn't remember if he's suing anybody... Or thinks WWE still wants him.

As for Axl, it said that the person running his estate was involved on his behalf, as the suite was filed before his death. I didn't get this from Fartbook, I got this from Reddit that had a link for the original article in the NY Times.

That lawsuit will go nowhere anyway. Non of them can really claim that their injuries were just in WWE. Most of them was only in WWE for 1 year or 2, besides Chavo its going to go no where. Plus most of them have worked indies since being in WWE

I must say Jeff I'm actually a little surprised you'd rather have Eddie with short hair, I would've thought you'd want him with a mullet so you could make WCW attires for him. I get that short haired Eddie is the more popular choice, and it's definitely my preference (I'm actually really hoping we get his Wrestlemania 21 attire, plus I want his flame boots in the game so I can use them for Chavo).. But as far as alt attires go there's a lot more you could do with Eddie with a mullet, and with the WCW arenas in the game it certainly wouldn't be a bad thing if that's what we got (arguably more upside if anything).

I never expected Ahmed Johnson to be in another WWE game anyway. He had a really bad falling out with Vince when he departed from the company in early 1998 sometime after the No Way Out ppv. It was over Ahmed's sister, his injuries plus some racial allegations including someone spray painting the word "n***** " on his car after he won the IC title at the 1996 King of The Ring ppv & Vince saying that "America is not ready for a "black" wwf champion" when someone pitched the idea of Ahmed becoming their World Wrestling Federation Champion later on:

 

The rest on that list(except Jimmy Snuka & Earl Hebner) were shocking to me when I 1st read about the law suite a few months back.

I mean, from SvR 2007, if there was Eddie in the game, it was 2004's Eddie (SvR 2007, SvR 2008 PSP, SvR 2011, WWE '12, with the same fucking attire). In WWE '13 we had Attitude Era's Eddie. I don't know about 2K14 though.

And two sets of boots total?), and worst case we can always change them. The only thing we're stuck with is the hair, mullet has the benefit of working for ECW and WCW attires, while short hair was him at the height of his career. Personally I want either the one they used in 07 - WWE 12, or ideally his Wrestlemania 21 attire (largely because I want something different and he's never had one of his flame tights attires in a game before, but I love both attires equally), but if I don't get either then whatever, I'm just happy he's in the game.
