Ch pac files

Hey, this is a very big request but could anyone please make a huge ch pac file list of most of the mods you can find on here, cause everytime i find a guy i want to install from here they dont have a ch pac file. please help!

no i meant that the donwload only comes with a pofo and moveset so i can't play with the characters

You're downloading from the pofo/moveset database page I assume. The clue is in the thread title mate lol, that page is for pofos and movesets. If you want the actual pac files then you have to download people's mods from their pages. There's a mod database in the PC section, it's not quite up to date but it links to people's mod pages and there's a half-decent list of mods so check there
