Look at the weird things going on with nash hands

See the s on his left hand that looks like the S from the top texture could this be an issue with the normal file like top_n.dds?

Ive tried an edited 00CE or 0 out mask file still the same.

Do any of you guys have an idea what is causing this? Any ideas appreciated guys
