Crashing when trying to use a mod...

I'm trying to use Bannockburn's Brock Lesnar mod,  but after replacing his pac file, any time I try to select Lesnar it crashes to desktop. I remember in 2K15 you had to delete PlistWin32.arc for mods to work, but this file doesn't appear to exist in 2K16, so I am stumped.
