Why are my tights still shining?

Having a bit of a weird one here. Modded a pair of tights with a different texture as I've done numerous times now. Wanted no shine. Blacked out the alpha layer in the normals and made sure the AO file is all white. It was still shiny. So I used Shader Mutator on the object and it's still shining! Tried numerous shader settings but nothing changed.

Is there anything else that controls shine that I need to change? I didn't there was anything else, never had this happen to me before. Might just have to use a different pair if not I guess.

can you put just the tights and the textures into a zip file with an explanation of how you want them to look and send it my way.

Materials are something I am playing about with recently and fixing your tights would be a good little challenge to motivate me, I tend to not care as much when its for myself.

All good mate, managed to fix it :) Something was going on with my Photoshop. I noticed the thumbnail for the normal was black and when I opened it there was no alpha channel. Thought I'd accidentally saved it as DXT1, so I opened another normal file, copied the normal texture, re-did the alpha channel, saved it as DXT5 interpolated and then the same thing happened. Closed and reopened Photoshop, tried again and it worked just fine. Weird haha.
