Import Character - What am i dowing wrong?

I know there are a lot of tutorials but i just don't seem to get it :(

I downloaded a certain character MOD, ofcourse it came in 3 files :

.pac

.moveset

.pofo

I extracted all 3 files from the RAR and i put the .pac file in the right directory (ch directory)
I then started the custom Character Tool, started the game, loaded up the .mofo and .moveset and pressed install. I get confirmation it all went well from the tool but when i check the game there is nothing there.

What am i doing wrong? I really don't get the hang of it it seems.

Which slot are you trying to install into? Some slots require you to run pozzums pac plus mod every time you run the game to access them. Also, install the Future String, or they won't show up with correct names

the .pac file is named 467 so i left it that way, didn't change anything.
The Custom Character Tool then also sets it at slot 467 automatically.

So it sounds like i have to run another thing?

Whose .pac file is it? And what is the pofo named?
