2k related...NBA commentary

So, I think it's obvious to everyone this year that we're pretty much going to get the same old, tired bullshit commentary that we always get in wwe 2k17.

However, I saw this video about how much effort 2k have spent on NBA 2k17's commentary, yet us wwe fans get shafted again

Oddly enough, if it's anything that will make me want to purchase their basketball games, the commentary is a certainly a driving factor just so I can brag to a couple mates for a week or two about the presentation elements that is missing in the WWE series. Not only is it leaps and bounds better, but there is definitely no comparison. They had no reason to not shift their attention in improving commentary seeing as how the "beloved" Showcase Mode was outed. You essentially need to build it from the ground up just so it flows naturally and compliments the action. They have the footage to do it. They need proper editing to insert those lines in the situations which call for them. Not only that, but multiple variants that compliment the sound.

Its because NBA has an offseason and they have a TON of time to sit and record, WWE is on the road all the time which is why commentary sounds like shit now.

because nba 2k has their on team and wwe2k is using the recycled mlb2k visual concepts leftovers for their VC team. this is the problem. everyone just assumed cause nba2k had the best in presentation, sound, etc that it was just going to magically happen to the wwe series. it really took them years if not a decade to get where they are now.

i tend not to complain too much about the commentary cause the last time we did that, HCTP happened and they removed the whole thing lol
