Hulk Hogan = don't need to say anything.Steiner = Has slagged off WWE, especially Triple H, publicly and on numerous occasions in the last few years.Buff = Is still bitter about the way he was fired and likely wouldn't want anything to do with them, likewise with them as they clearly don't see him as a star. Perhaps Judy Bagwell should be a pre-order bonus for the pack/season pass bonus together with David Flair...I'm not so sure if Rick Steiner should be included, though.
