Did you even look at the thread,because if you want LED aprons only you can install them only,here's the exact quote :

Well, I'm not a modder so I assumed he wanted the actual graphics as in .png images to use in create an arena, since he said he had some already which would be weird but I have no idea, not a modder. Just assumed he wanted the actual pictures to use in creation mode.
