so I got the pac file pofo and moveset . ch190.pac  /  slot - 190.movest  /  slot - 190.pofo  .

I did everything correctly but it wont work.

put the pac file in the ch foler in steam.

then used the custom character tools to inject pofo and moveset , but he doesn't appear . why? please help.

I injected the pac file in xpacker and made sure the file or pac  was in the right slot.  Ch190.pac

Still doesn't work. Help please

no I cant , but I can replace only current roster that works.
