I don't trust them yet, as soon as 2k announces the date, I'm cancelling PS4 pre-order and getting it for PC If It's on the same month

I really wonder where you guys think these resellers get these dates from? You really think those sites have specific intel that tells them the release dates? No. They know the console version releases on that day, so it's a placeholder for the PC version. 

Stop reading into them, we'll know when it comes out when 2k announces it.

I think since 2k hasn't formally announced it, and they don't mention it on the commercials - it probably won't come out until a while after the console versions.  They seem to like to release the PC version after all the DLC comes out - so they can max their profits on the consoles and then get a little more out of the PC market.

The console version releases on October 11th, this says the 30th. Also last year cdkeys had the PC version listed a long time before it was confirmed.

Many of these "CD/Steam Key" sites that sell at discounted prices...well, they're not ALL stolen, but they definitely aren't all legitimate. There's a chance that $33 might go towards an already used key, and there's also a chance that money won't go to the people that worked on the game. I know it's hard to reconcile 2k the corporation with the people working on it, but it's something to keep in mind.
