I know this has been a problem for a few years now and was hoping we had a definite solution by now. 

Attempting to download some CAWs on CC but they are appearing as defaults. I have the physical copy of the game and all DLC but the Accelerator, didn't get Season Pass. Have attempted to delete everything and start from scratch, but no luck. Any one know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks!
