Have you tried this all on the same wrestler? Some guys just don't seem to be compatible mate. I was trying to put a shirt on Lex Luger for example and it just doesn't work. Suppose a workaround might be to use the model of a wrestler with a similar physique and inject your head into it. Might have to adjust the textures too though.

You can just inject a different head straight into the head of another model mate, probably the easiest way as injecting a head into a separate YOBJ will cause issues. All heads and other standard bodyparts (arms, legs, torsos, eyes etc) all have the same vertex count on whatever wrestler they're on ;)

So if I wanted to replace, say, Lex Luger's head with Hogan's head, I just extract Hogan's head object, open Luger's YOBJ, click the Import button on the head object and then select Hogan's head object and it should inject :) Obviously you'd have to disable facial animations for it to work correctly and also might have to inject Hogan's eyes.

For future reference the problem is with the 00CA file, this is the 'muscle' displacement file' (actually face control to rigs weights to be technical), it is a problem I have ran into too while playing around testing things, I'm not much of a modder but do experiment.

I had the problem trying to put Austins vest on Sycho Sid, If I added Austins 00CA file the vest would be fine but the body model would deform, if I added Sids 00CA file the body would be fine but the vest would go crazy.

It would probably be possible to chop apart the 00CA files and stick them together to get a working happy medium but it is better to save time and do as 4 life suggested and what you did by using another body model as a base and working off that. you can always use scaling to slightly alter the shape, too much adjusting can start to make the weight effects on the rigged body start to deform.
