If anyone can answer any of these questions, I would greatly appreciate it.

#1.)  Is there any mod that currently exists that either -- turns OFF the referee/makes him invisible, OR can replace the referee with someone else?

#2.) Are CAWs allowed to use alternate attire?  I tried to edit one of my CAWs and the option "Use as alternate attire?" was grayed out.  Not sure why.

#3.) How do I get the computer AI to Taunt?  I tried editing "Personality traits" gave my CAW -- fully EGOTISTICAL, and fully DISRESPECTFUL, and in three matches I haven't seen it taunt once.

#4.) Is there any mod out there that edits/replaces audience members?

Thanks in advance.

1) There's not one that exists, but the referee has a pac file so can be easily replaced with another model (including an invisible model)

2) Don't think so but I don't really mess around with CAWs, so my answer is by no means gospel

3) No way to control this as far as I'm aware. Used to be able to control how often a superstar is likely to perform certain types of actions in older games, not sure why they took that out.

4) Sort of. The Then, Now and Beyond arena pack contains modded audience models for different arenas, but you'd have to sift through the files to find the files for them to place in other arenas (I'm not sure which files they'd be though as I've never felt the need to look).
