Custom Entrances

Hey. As you know, there's some custom entrances in the game which you can set as motions. And I was wondering if any belonged to any specific superstar. I know that "Punjabi Playboy" is The Great Kali but I can't work out any the rest. Any help would be appreiciated. Thanks.

Really? Because I did that exact search and saw several pages with the list of preset entrances. Anyway here they are
