I mean his legitimate in-ring debut.But yeah The Club should be able to get in as DLC.

Regardless when they debuted Gallows and Anderson were signed with WWE before Mania, their gear was already made and everything they were just sitting around for at least a month waiting to make their debut (which was originally supposed to be the night after Mania, which would definitely meet the cut off point). If WWE wanted those two in the game the timing of their debut wouldn't matter, they probably would've already done the face scans and everything before they made their debut. I wouldn't be worrying about whether or not Gallows and Anderson met the cut off point, just whether or not WWE wanted them included in the game (I would be shocked if they aren't, although they'll probably be DLC).

I don't think Razor Ramon was scanned. The real Scott Hall looks way worse. In that screenshot he looks like himself back then.

I don't care about legends since 2K doesn't really do their best to make the living ones look they way they looked in their prime. I can tell Scott Hall was scanned. That fat, tired puffy drugged up face cannot be missed. His model on 2k14 looks much more like him during his prime. Same can be said about Ministry Taker from WWE 13 vs the one from 2K16
