way to backup CAWs

Does anyone know of a WWE 2k16 MOD that makes it possible to backup your CAWs and you can just put them into the game when you need them?  I know K.G. has one and I have it, but you have to be online to use it and i dont always have an internet connection. I need a stand-alone CAW backup program where I can backup my CAWs and use them whenever I need them, Is there a Modding program that does that?  Any help would be greatly appreciated, and here is a challenge for the modders, How about an arena MOD that creates lighting effects  think of this, a championship belt that emits light or glow, maybe turnbuckles that emit light or glow, ring ropes that glow like neon lights, barricades that glow etc.  This video took me 6 hours to make using special effects software and at 35 seconds I change the lighting and the entrance takes on a whole new look :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eE2wrE1Sio  if there was a MOD that makes the CAWs skin shine like they make the clothing shine that would be cool also. This feature used to be in earlier versions of WWE games.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
