Correction of system of submission in under the CPU vs CPU mode

Hi, everybody!
Quite recently by means of correction of attributes of many wrestlers I managed to observe that results of duels of CPU vs CPU could be very interesting. Considering that I exposed to many checked wrestlers protection against submission on a minimum (value 1), submission in the CPU vs CPU  mode still become rather seldom, sometimes wrestlers should apply up to 5 attempts of implementation of submission to achievement of a victory in this style.
And so, considering specifics of system of submission, it seems to me that in the course of submission wrestlers in a wheel of submission reach long crossing in a type of the fact that their values of a podchnineniye aren't crossed with each other properly.
I would like to ask participants of this forum, somebody can tried to understand the matter? 
Some opportunity to change programmatically submission parameters that submission intervals in a so-called wheel of submission at retsler were higher can eat. Then I think that painful will appear rather often in the CPU vs CPU  mode.
I tested the exposed attributes at the different levels of complexity. At the easy level of complexity painful turn out it is private, but fights turn out slow. The greatest realism it turns out to dostit at the difficult level of complexity (not a legend). Here, as well as at the normal and legendary level of complexity there are also problems described by me above.

P.S-I Want to note also that the used attributes were thought up not by me. I took them from other forum. There on him the guy supervises the project devoted to creation of the most realistic attributes for wrestlers. All attributes are described in the form of the table Excel there.
