i've visited the WWE2K17 homepage and i've noticed that in mexico you can pre-order a pc version?

I would answer with the same answer than ItzTheRampage, Because even for WWE 2K15, It was the same thing like on your screenshot concerning pre-ordering on PC, So i think just like ItzTheRampage that the game will be released on PC (Steam) in April or March like 2K16.
