Adding superstar with no POFO slot?

This may be a stupid question, but I cant seem to find an answer anywere. Trying to add Tama Tonga with Xpacker hes listed as slot 329 by POFO and movese, but Xpacker jumps from 325 to 332. What am I supposed to do here? Thanks in advance!
