Undertakers hat not showing in game

For some reason The Undertaker (current) hat does not show up in game for me during his entrance, neither default or using a mod changes it, any idea what has gone wrong?

Double check your undertaker ch pac files to ensure you have ch10304 and that it has the 00010304 pach file inside it.

If that doesn't appear to be the problem try backing up your undertaker files and downloading an undertaker mod which has a hat with it and test it out.

I don't think his hat is part of his attire but rather a prop which is part of his animation for his entrance so reset his entrance and see if it returns.

Hi mate, i have tried both and everythign is how it should be but still no hat, has anyone else got this problem?
