Does anyone have Hollywood Hulk Hogan files?

So, I have been searching all over for the correct files of Hollywood Hulk Hogan (minus pofo and moveset). Really, I just need a pac file that works. I have tried installing him with the pac file from 2k15 using theVisitorX's tool. It works up until i select him for a match. It does not work so clearly the pac is wrong. This creates another problem. 

 

EDIT: So, I have fixed this issue. But does anyone still have a link to any Hulk Hogan related character files?
