I'm guessing it's for creations for censoring profanity and such that is used in the names and stuff, or maybe for online chat.If you have HxD installed, then go to your 2K16 install directory and go to pac/filters and open the en.db file with HxD and have a giggle at the contents WARNING: Contains strong profanity and sexually explicit language.
