Fix/Workaround for CAW face photo/skin color glitch?

Does anybody know if someone has figured this out yet?  One of the best examples would be this Mike Awesome CAW that i downloaded; here is how his face looks in-game/default: http://imgur.com/sSJNuVT   But, if you go to skin color, click inside the color selection area and press accept, it looks like this: http://imgur.com/0ULC7Hk   I've noticed that if you delete/edit anything from the CAW it will revert back to the first form.  Anyways, even after going to skin color and pressing accept, then saving, he still shows up in-game with the first form :(  Does anyone know if there is a way to make that skin color(blend/glitch?) stay permanent?
