ENTIRE MAIN ROSTER GONE!!!!!!!!!!!

My entire main roster is gone completely from the game except for the DLC superstars and my CC! Everything was fine before but when I decided to play today I come across this disaster. I have downloaded mods to the game and replaced Music and Trons and I have added in superstars but this is unknown to me and it seems I'm the only one who is experiencing this from my research. I verified my game cache and removed every modded data and files that don't belong but the problem persist. I need major help from anyone who might have an idea!

Sounds like a save issue. I hope you made a backup of your save game. You'd likely want to check out the Guide to recover from a corrupted save.

Although I suspect Cave is right and it is a Save error you could try firing up Data Editor and reinstalling the Pofo's for the missing characters and ensuring their Unlock Status is set to Unocked (fully usable), worth a shot, Try with just a couple rather than wasting time doing every single character only to find it made no difference, just do The Rock, Triple H and try unlocking another but setting them to DLC to see if they reappear in the DLC selection.

So it turns out that my problem was a corrupted save and I didn't have any backup saves so I cleared out the memory data from the steam cloud and started WWE on a fresh save which it worked! I've now started to backup my saves but now I got a new problem regarding replacing trons for my caws. I've downloaded a couple caws and was planning to replace a current wrestler's trons for my caw. Once I finished replacing the trons and assigning them to my caws using Cheat Engine, it worked so I saved it and quit yhe game. Once I got back on, all of the trons I replaced and assigned to my caws are all showing the Raw trons for some strange reason. This is my only problem now that I really need help with.

Disable the cloud back up on Steam for WWE2K16, it sounds like you are having your saves overwritten by the cloud.

Right click on WWE2k16 in Steam library > properties > updates tab > untick the Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for WWE 2K16

Also to install all trons use the custom character tools for ease, it is free and very easy to use.

Also use Data Editor which works in conjunction with the Custom Character Tools and has basically everything you need for installing mods and setting them how you want them, I have never had a reason to use cheat engine personally because I find the available tools are very sufficient.

Cave has provided a thread which is a must read, I'd advise bookmarking it as you will probably find it one of the most essential threads you will ever need.
