.pac to .bk2 help needed

ok so I download some minitrons and walltrons from XWeasel and I wanted to use custom character tools to insert it. but because the files are .pac and not .bk2 I cant do that. how do I convert these.

Oh and I don't have XPacker

Just copy & paste the .pac files in pac/mov/ss_mini or ss_wall folder...u don't need bk2 files

use hxd to rename the files & assign them with data editor
