I DON'T OWN ONE THIS PORTED MODS ALL ARE ORIGINALS FROM THE GAME OR MADE BY ANOTHER MODERS I JUST PORT THEM!

No hex knowledge is needed. And yes it's a simple process, I ported most of the mods already mentioned in this thread for myself by using Xpacker. 

You just need to open the pac file, extract the pach file, extract everything from within that, then inject all of it in to a 2k16 model with enough slots (The Rock is a good one to use).

The difference is 2k15 mods don't work because the 4E22 slot does something now, so you just don't inject anything in to that slot.

I just did, but I still want to suggest him a little since it is soooo inconvenient to look for old mods after each port :'(
