can't download logo&face photo from cc

I had save corrupt issue. but fortunately cave waverider's guide help me, so save can be recovered. (really thanks)

but after that, i can't download logo&face photo from cc.

when i tried download some pic,  download counting goes on like 20/20 ->19/20. and  loading bar also work correctly. everything looks fine.

but in a creation caw mode, i can't find anything what i downloaded . 

what should  i do? is this problem related with save corrupt?

i already spend whole download limit for a day. but nothing downloaded.. plz let me know what is wrong.

 

note: downloading caw is ok. problem is only logo&face pic.
